Tong Chong Street Market is not only a favourite destination for Taikoo Place locals, but also Hong Kong residents. Its unique offering of food start-ups, foodie cult favourites, and fresh produce from local farmers needed an equally innovative and fun approach on social media.

To engage with users, we created bite-sized and easily digestible food content: from video snippets showing tips and tricks from market vendors, to custom made stickers that market fans can stick on their own social posts. Tong Chong Street Market now has over 10k followers on Instagram, and has made a name for itself as a fun-loving and innovative destination for food lovers.

Global business district Taikoo Place is evolving more quickly than ever, and is taking Hong Kong by storm with more than 300 international companies calling Quarry Bay home. This means that the social presence of Taikoo Place needs to be equally ambitious, showcasing a 360 degree look at the work hard play hard ecosystem that Swire Properties uniquely offers.

We created aspirational and relatable content, first generating a strong niche for Taikoo Place residents, then creating sharable content that served to expand on the growing audience. Residents shared tidbits through video content on career growth, personal anecdotes, and even sustainability tips , uniting a community of over 25,000 people.
